Scott Paper Ltd. (1997-1999)	•  Write company Best Management Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. •  Design and implement training program for woodlands operations. •  Remains in use today.
Canadian Woodlands Forum, Montréal, Québec (1997-2001)	•  Regional co-ordinator for the Canadian Woodlands Forum in the B.C. Interior, Alberta , Manitoba and Saskatchewan . •  Responsible for promoting branch membership, providing information to regional & provincial woodlands associations and organizing regional meetings, programs & activities.
Forest Renewal BC , Campbell River , B.C. (1995-1997)	•  Project Officer, on contract, responsible for delivery of 25 million budget of programs for the Chilliwack Forest District. •  Co-author of Five Year Strategic Business and Investment Plan
Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of B.C., Surrey , B.C. (1997-2000)	•  Raise funds and co-ordinate reprinting of the forest activity booklet “Know Your Woods”. •  Printed and distributed 10,000 copies.
Envirothon (1999-ongoing)	•  Regional co-ordinator for Envirothon •  Responsible for soliciting corporate sponsorship and co-ordinating efforts to establish and expand Envirothon program in British Columbia •  Sent teams to three North American competitions.
