The proposal presents the response to a Request for Proposals for a community forest pilot agreement. The proposal has been prepared by the Stó:lô Development Corporation (SDC) on behalf of the Stó:lô Nation.

It has been organized under the following four sections:

• proposed community forest land base;
• stewardship management objectives and regimes;
• community involvement; and
• administrative authority and structure.
